On the Wire - October 1984

On the Wire still keeps a paper based archive of old playlists, but not scrupulously archived! Here's the fifth show track list from October 1984, the guest were Depeche Mode who were playing at Blackburn King George's Hall on the Sunday evening. A little research provides no clues as to what BBC Radio 1 was up to at the time, but at least here's John Peel's Festive 50 from 1984 to compare and contrast! Any additions to our archive, especially cassette recordings of old shows, are always welcome!
